数字经济对河北省产业结构升级的影响——基于人力资本视角

数字经济的发展可以促进产业结构升级。基于数字经济的丰富内涵，通过熵值法对河北省各地级市的数字经济发展水平进行测算，运用固定效应模型分析数字经济对产业结构升级的带动作用，并通过中介效应模型检验人力资本在数字经济对产业结构升级中的影响机制。结果表明：数字经济的发展能够显著促进河北省的产业结构高级化和产业转型速度，且数字经济能够通过提升人力资本水平来间接推进产业结构升级。

The Impact of the Digital Economy on the Upgrading of the Industrial Structure of Hebei Province: Based on human capital perspective

The development of the digital economy can promote the upgrading of the industrial structure. Based on the rich connotation of the digital economy, the digital economy development level of various cities at Hebei Province is calculated through the entropy value method, and a fixed effect model is used to analyze the driving role of the digital economy to upgrade the industrial structure. The impact mechanism of digital economy on the upgrade of industrial structure is studied. The results show that the development of the digital economy can significantly promote the advanced industrial structure and the speed of industrial transformation in Hebei Province, and the digital economy can indirectly promote the industrial structure upgrade by improving the level of human capital.
