| Abstract: | The grass-rooting teaching administrative personnel are the important strength in college management.This paper basis on the problems of the uneven divisions of labor and the work weary and etc in grass-roots teaching management in college,analyses the necessity to implement job rotation for the grass-roots administrative personnel in college,and proposes some items that should be noted. |
