| 摘 要： | 以江苏省为例，通过灰色关联分析发现人力资源对休闲产业发展影响最大，通过投入产出分析发现休闲产业发展对人力资源依赖程度较大。为了促进江苏休闲产业健康持续发展，作者还提出了系统整合江苏省休闲产业人力资源的对策建议。
