摘    要:针对矿山企业物流计量流程的特点,优化了无人值守计量管控流程,采用车牌识别、智能道闸、物联网等关键设备与技术,实现物流车辆进出厂自动识别、称重无人值守、数据远程采集、业务环节管控及流程闭合管理,达到了企业减员增效与远程集中管控的目标.同时视频监控、红外对射等技术的应用,避免了计量过程作弊行为的发生,加快了物流信息传递效率,规范了物流计量流程,提升了企业管理水平与物流效率.

Abstract:In views of features of the logistics measurement process in mining enterprises, key equipment and technologies such as license plate recognition, intelligent barriers, and the Internet of Things are adopted to optimized the control process of unattended measurement, so that enterprises can realize automatic identification of logistics vehicles entering and leaving the factory, and unattended weighing, data remote collection, closed-loop management of business and process. Furthermore, the goal of reducing costs and increasing benefits and remote centralized and control can be achieved. At the same time, the application of video monitoring, infrared radio and other technologies can avoid the occurrence of cheating in the measurement process, speeds up the efficiency of logistics information transmission, standardize the logistics measurement process, and improve the level of enterprise management and logistics efficiency.
