陕西省制造业高质量发展水平评价研究

制造业高质量发展是实现经济高质量发展的重要内容。以陕西省为研究对象，从经济效益、创新能力、绿色发展、对外开放、社会保障与支撑5个层面选取13个评价指标，利用2010—2020年省级面板数据，通过熵值法对各项指标进行赋权，并从5个层面对其高质量发展水平进行评价，得到各年份制造业高质量发展水平综合得分，据此分析陕西省制造业近年来总体发展状况以及各层面发展状况，并为此提出相应的对策建议。

Research on Evaluation of High Quality Development Level of Manufacturing Industry in Shaanxi Province

High-quality development of manufacturing industry is the main part of realizing high-quality economic development. Taking Shaanxi Province as the research object, 13 evaluation indexes are selected from five aspects: economic benefit, innovation ability, green development, opening to the outside world, social security and support, the provincial panel data from 2010 to 2020 is obtained, each index is weighted by entropy method, then its high-quality development level is evaluated from five aspects, the comprehensive score of high-quality development level of manufacturing industry in each year is obtained , the overall development status of manufacturing industry in Shaanxi Province in recent years and the development status of all levels are analyzed. Some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions is put forward.
