基于熵权TOPSIS法的我国文化软实力的综合评价

党的"十七大"报告提出要"提高国家文化软实力",十七届六中全会也指出要加快文化体制改革。由此可见,文化软实力的发展将是我党今后一个时期的工作重点。本文通过熵值法与TOPSIS法建立了我国文化软实力的多指标综合评价体系,选取了文化传统、文化教育、文化传播、文化营销、文化发展5个一级指标,并下设了13个二级指标、30个评价指标。由最后的TOPSIS得分表中数据分析可知,广东省、浙江省、山东省、江苏省的文化软实力在我国31个省市中名列前茅。

The Comprehensive Evaluation of Our Country's Cultural Soft Power Based on the Entropy Method and TOPSIS Method

It is pointed out explicitly that we must improve our country's cultural soft power at the Party's Seventeenth Congress, and speed up the reform of cultural administrative system. So the development of cultural soft power is very important for our country. This study uses Entropy method and TOPSIS method to build a multi-index evaluation system about our country's cultural soft power. This multi-index evaluation system has three levels, in which there are 5 first grade indexes and 13 second grade indexes and 30 third grade indexes. Guangdong, Zhejiang, Shandong and Jiangsu are more better than other provinces in the cultural soft power according to the final scores in the multi-index evaluation system.
