Abstract:Under the environment of economic integration of the whole world,the traditional management style,business ideas,Business method has been unable to meet the rapidly changing market operations.Customers,competition,and change driven enterprise development has entered a new stage.And the flexibility to respond rapidly to dominate the commercial battlefield,Health and customer relationship applications,Customer Relationship Management and Business Process Reengineering the combination seems inevitable.
