摘    要:根据机场场面运行的结构与流程,分析场面监视中移动目标的冲突类型,结合基于ADS-B的SURF IA应用原理建立机场场面冲突探测模型,提出一种基于建立保护区的移动目标冲突探测算法,并且结合模型基于真实的案例分析进行仿真研究.结果表明,SURF IA应用在实际运行中能有效做出告警预测,减少或避免冲突风险,进而提高机场场面运行效率与容量.

Abstract:According to the structure and process of airport surface operation, the conflict types of moving targets in surface surveillance are analyzed, combined with the SURF IA application principle based on ADS-B, an airport surface conflict detection model is established, and a mobile target based on the establishment of a protected area is proposed. Conflict detection algorithm, and combined with the model based on real case analysis for simulation research. The results show that the SURF IA application can effectively make warning predictions in actual operation, reduce or avoid the risk of conflict, and thereby improve the efficiency and capacity of airport surface operations.
