| 摘 要： | 有效的知识转移是提升研发团队知识创新水平的关键。本研究结合知识管理理论与组织学习理论,揭示出研发团队内部知识转移的一般过程,在此基础上,提出了研发团队内部知识转移过程机制模型,并对影响研发团队知识转移过程的因素进行了简要分析。

| Abstract: | Effective knowledge transfer is the key to enhance the level of knowledge innovation in R&D teams. Combining the theories of knowledge management and organizational learning theories, the paper reveals the general process of knowledge transfer within the R&D team, and presents the mechanistic model of the process of knowledge transfer in R&D team. At the same time, the paper gives a brief analysis of factors that affect the knowledge transfer process of R&D team. |
