| 摘 要： | 在分析我国农村人力资源存在数量庞大、质量不高、流动性差等问题的基础上,论述了当前农村人力资源现状对农业可持续发展的制约作用。基于农业可持续发展的视角下,提出了一些加强农村人力资源能力建设的对策及建议。
