REITs上市交易对市场影响的分析

研究目标包括两方面：其一,对REITs产品上市后可能市场交易进行分析;其二,考察论证如何有效避免投资者盲目投机,特别是防范首只REITs上市后可能的爆炒情况。为此,本文从以下几个方面进行研究：（一）考察海外典型市场REITs上市后的市场运行状况;（二）考察我国沪市类似产品的投资者构成及交易行为特点,并重点就1998年基金上市后市场运行状况进行案例分析。并就此提出一些政策建议。
