电动汽车充电站生命周期成本及其风险防范分析

摘    要:电动汽车充电站生命周期成本是政府、电网公司以及电动汽车制造商与用户等利益相关者的考虑重点。将电动汽车充电站生命周期分为建设、运营、退出三个阶段,并对各期对应的设置成本、维持成本和处置成本作了进一步的细化分类。采用工程造价、运营管理以及资产处置等理论与估算方法,对各期成本进行了分析估算。在此基础上,提出电动汽车充电站生命周期成本风险防范建议。

Abstract:Life-cycle cost of electric vehicle charging station is the primary concern of governments,electric power companies,electric vehicle manufacturers and users.The LC of electric vehicle charging station is divided into construction,operation and out stage,and the corresponding set-up cost,maintenance cost and disposal cost is refined and classified.Then the cost of each stage is assessed using the theory and estimation methods of project cost,operational management and asset disposal.Given this basis,the recommendation on LCC risk preventing of electric vehicle charging station is proposed.
