江苏省高职教育结构与产业结构耦合协调分析

基于江苏省2012—2021年高职教育和产业数据，运用耦合协调模型，从三次产业、19大行业角度对高职教育结构和产业结构发展变化及耦合协调度进行研究。结果表明，江苏省高职教育结构和产业结构均明显改善，高职教育结构与产业结构耦合度处于高水平阶段，但协调度处于中度或严重失调水平，高职教育结构调整整体滞后于产业结构发展。为促进高职教育结构和产业结构协调发展，推动产教融合，需注重前瞻性，共建产教互促环境；突出适应性，提高人才培养质量；强调主动性，完善政策保障体系。

The Coupling and Coordination Analysis between Higher Vocational Education Structure and Industrial Structure

Based on the data of higher vocational education and industry in Jiangsu Province, the changes of higher vocational education structure and industrial structure and the coupling and coordination degree between the two are studied from the perspective of three industries and 19 major trades from 2012 to 2021 using the method of coupling coordination model.The results show that higher vocational education structure and industrial structure in Jiangsu Province have been significantly improved, the coupling degree of higher vocational education structure and industrial structure is at a high level.However, the coordination degree between the two is at a moderate or serious imbalance level. The adjustment of higher vocational education structure lags behind the adjustment of industrial structure as a whole. Some suggestions are put forward to promote the coordinated development of higher vocational education structure and industrial structure and promote the integration of industry and education, such as the environment of mutual promotion between industry and education should be established, the quality of talent training should be improved, and the policy guarantee system should be improved.
