| 摘 要： | 随着上市企业的融资行为的不断深入,多数研究文献认为我国上市企业偏好股权融资。本文以河北钢铁上市企业的资本结构实际为例,运用新的思路方法分析河北钢铁上市企业的资本结构,建立了基于风险的资本结构数学模型,并结合唐钢股份的实际资本结构对河北钢铁上市企业的融资偏好进行了实证应用。
