The Thought about Revitalizing the Northeast Old Industrial Base with Industry Cluster Strategy

Industry cluster is one of the most prominent economic phenomena that can be observed in the world nowadays. Industry cluster development model is a very effective development choice of improving the regional economy competitiveness. Revitalizing the northeastern old industrial base must meet the rule of development of industry of global background, use the successful experience of the economically developed countries and regions for reference actively, promote and strengthen the forming of industry cluster hard, improve the regional competitiveness in the northeastern through forming industry cluster. This paper proceeds from basic condition of the northeastern old industrial base, proposes some suggestions to develop industry cluster in the area actually, hope to play a certain reference role and realize revitalizing the northeastern old industrial base through the forming and developing of industry cluster finally.
