网络权力、资源占用与合作行为——组织间信任与标杆效应的调节作用

摘    要:企业间网络化合作已成为经济实践的新常态,网络权力配置是合作行为的重要决定因素。通过理论分析构建网络权力、资源占用与合作行为的研究模型并提出研究假设,运用具有典型网络合作特征的315 家高科技企业数据进行实证检验,探索网络权力配置对合作行为的作用机理。结果表明:集权式权力配置正向影响合作行为,而分权式配置并不对合作行为产生显著影响;资源占用在集权式权力配置与合作行为之间起部分中介作用;组织间信任不仅正向调节资源占用对合作行为的影响,而且对资源占用的中介效应同样起正向调节作用;标杆效应在资源占用与合作行为之间起正向调节作用,但并不对资源占用的中介效应产生调节。研究成果对企业网络权力配置实践具有重要的指导作用。

Abstract:Network cooperation among enterprises has become the new normal of economic practice, and network power allocation is an important determinant of cooperative behavior. Through theoretical analysis, the research model of network power, resource occupation and cooperative behavior is constructed and the research hypotheses are put forward. The data of 315 high-tech enterprises with typical characteristics of network cooperation are used for empirical test to explore the mechanism of network power allocation on cooperative behavior. The findings indicate the following: Centralized power allocation positively affects cooperative behavior, while distributed power allocation does not significantly affect cooperative behavior. Resource occupation plays a part of mediating effect between centralized power allocation and cooperative behavior. Inter-organizational trust positively moderates not only the influence of resource occupation on cooperative behavior, but also the mediating effect of resource occupation. Benchmarking effect plays a positive moderating effect between resource occupation and cooperative behavior, but it does not moderate the mediating effect of resource occupation. The research results play an important role in guiding the practice of enterprise network power allocation.
