网络发表对我国科技人员知识共享模式影响的现状分析

科技论文是科技人员及其成员实现知识共享的一种主要方式。信息技术的普及和网络发表论文模式的出现,为科技人员提供了良好的知识共享平台。本文利用调查问卷的数据分析,研究了网络发表论文对我国科技人员知识共享模式的影响,分析了网络发表论文对科技人员知识共享动机、载体和情境因素的影响。通过对网络论文现状及问题的分析,从知识共享主体、客体及情境三个角度提出了相应的对策。

The analysis on existing situations about the impact of online publication to Chinese scientific researchers Knowledge-Sharing

Scientific paper is a major way to share knowledge between scientific researchers.The widespread of information technology and the emergence of online publication,which provide a good platform for knowledge sharing to the majority of scientific and technological workers.Based on the questionnaire data analysis,this paper studies the online publication of paper’s impact to the knowledge-sharing of Chinese scientific researchers,and analyzes the online publication of paper’s impact to scientific researchers’ motivation,carrier and situational factors of knowledge sharing.Through analyzing the status and the problem of the papers on online publication of paper,corresponding countermeasures from the three scenarios of knowledge-sharing subject,object and situation.
