| 摘 要： | 将知识产权保护内生化,通过对中国知识产权制度变迁的实证研究发现:(1)中国人均GDP与知识产权保护之间存在"U"型关系;(2)进出口贸易的增加会诱使中国政府弱化知识产权保护;(3)教育的发展、FDI的增加对中国知识产权制度变迁没有显著性的影响;(4)中美知识产权贸易争端以及中国加入WTO对中国知识产权制度变迁产生重大影响,并加快其变迁步伐。

| Abstract: | The paper do a emperical analysis of the institutional change of Chinese IPRs.It is shown that:(1)there is an U-shaped curve between IPRs and Chinese per capita GDP;(2)an increase in trade induces more weaker IPRs protection;(3)the development of education and an increase in FDI have no obivous impact on Chinese IPRs protection;(4)Intellectual property dispute between China and the USA and the WTO entry have strong impact on Chinese IPRs institutional change,and quicken the pace of the change. |
