出口贸易的外溢效应及中国数据检验——基于贸易方式和经济区域视角的研究

出口贸易不仅具有拉动经济增长的静态效应,还具有促进技术进步和效率提高的动态外溢效应,但从出口国角度考察出口贸易外溢效应的研究显得相对薄弱,中国数据的计量检验表明,中国出口贸易外溢效应发挥的主体是一般贸易出口,加工贸易的外溢效应则不明显,在欠发达地区,一般贸易出口外溢效应的可能性最高,而在发达地区,加工贸易外溢效应的可能性最高。政策导向应该是促进加工贸易转型升级,平衡发展一般贸易和加工贸易出口,促进加工贸易向一般贸易转化。
