| 摘 要： | 根据中国对外资并购的政策导向,改革开放以来,跨国公司在中国的并购大致经历了政策空白阶段、逐步开放阶段和积极推动阶段。无论从企业层面、产业层面还是国家宏观经济层面分析,跨国公司并购在促进中国战略产业发展的同时,其对中国本土企业生存与成长的抑制、所造成的产业垄断以及对中国产业安全与国家经济安全的影响等问题不容回避。在跨国并购背景下,中国战略产业的发展战略主要包括外资并购的政府规制、政府产业支持政策和企业自主创新三个方面。
