| 摘 要： | 我国现行的以农民文化技术学校为基础的农村职业教育体系明显存在着与农村社会经济发展不相适应之处。构建基于农村社区学习中心的农村职业教育体系有利于从办学模式、课程设置、教育教学改革、资源整合、教师队伍建设、信息服务等方面进行创新,建立一个更为灵活、有特色的职业教育体系,促进我国农村职业教育的可持续发展,为我国新农村建设、农民幸福生活提供更好的服务。

| Abstract: | This paper,focusing on the inconsistent between the existing vocational education system and rural development practice and peasants＇ various learning needs,attempts to explore an innovative vocational education system based on rural community learning centers,which is characterized in running model,curriculum,teaching approaches,teacher team,resources integration,ICT services,etc,.The new system is expected to promote the sustainable development of rural vocational education and provide peasants with better vocational education services. |
