摘    要:行动研究是在学校的环境下,为提高教育质量而进行的科学研究,是促进大学英语教师专业化素质发展、提高其科研能力的有效途径,是全面贯彻以创新精神为核心的素质教育,有效实现科教兴国发展战略的重要保证,是推进和深化大学英语教学改革的重要保障。

Abstract:In the school environment,action research is the scientific research conducted to improve the quality of education.It is an effective way to promote the quality of college English teachers in professional development and improve their research capacity.It is also an important guarantee to fully implement the quality education with the spirit of innovation as its core,to achieve effective technology and education development strategy and to push forward and deepen the reform of college English teaching.
