| 摘 要： | 科研绩效评估是高校科研管理中一项重要和基础工作。文章针对当前高校科研绩效评估的问题进行原因分析，对科研绩效评估的周期、定量和定性方法、投入产出类指标和分类评估即建立不同性质的评级指标和多维度的分类评价系统等问题进行分析探讨。
