| Abstract: | Now the relation between teachers and students in teaching and learning of university make people heavy-hearted.This condition is caused by teachers,students and universities and so on.In order to improve the situa-tion we should strengthen teachers’mission sense of teaching and education;secondly strengthen students’educa-tion of ideology and politics and give full play to management and coordination of university. |
