| 摘 要： | 随着我国高等教育改革的深入,社会各界对英语专业复合型人才培养日趋重视,英语专业教学改革取得了一定的成绩,但同时也存在误区.复合型英语专业人才培养是个系统工程,应采取EGP(通用英语)和ESP(专业英语)嫁接的方法改革课程体系,加强师资队伍建设,改革教学方法,并在教学计划、教材、资料、科研等方面提供保障,加快复合型外语人才的培养.

| Abstract: | With the reform of higher education in China, different circles of the society attach importance to the training of interdisciplinary English major talents. Great progress has been made in the English major educational reform, but there are still some misunderstandings. The training of such talents is a systematic engineering. We should use the method of EGP combined with Esp toreform course system, enhance constructing teachers team, reforming education function and guarantee education plan.teaching material and scientific research etc. Then to improve training interdisciplinary English major talents. |
