| 摘 要： | 利用外资是黑龙江省对外经济关系中的重要内容之一.计量经济学研究表明,实际利用外资对该省的产值具有极高拉动效应.但在产业结构内部,外资对黑龙江省第一、三产业的贡献度较低,对第二产业贡献度较高,因此十分有必要引导该省的外资投向,通过外资对产业结构效应的机制运作,使产业结构升级优化.

| Abstract: | Make full use of foreign capital is the main content in foreign economy relationship of HeiLongJiang province. Research by metrology, we can conclude that foreign capital has tremendous effect on GDP. Foreign capital contributes great to the second industry, but less in first and third industry. So, we should guide the investment field, upgrade the industrial structure. |
