| 摘 要： | 刚入大学的新生,由于环境的突变,容易产生多种内心冲突,而幼稚的心理又比较脆弱,一旦遭受挫折,极易产生悲观情绪.班主任要帮助他们在第一学期乃至第一学年里,尽快调整状态,身心健康地投入到学习和生活中,成功完成四年学业.
