和谐新农村建设中城镇化健康发展的基础动力

实现农业产业化经营，不仅是我国有效解决三农问题的必然选择，而且也是我国实现城镇化健康快速发展和进行社会主义和谐新农村建设的基础动力。虽然近年来，我国农业和农村经济实现了巨大的历史性转变，农村城镇化的动力基础日益坚实，但农业产业化经营中依然存在着土地流转机制不完善，利益联接机制不健全，农业产业化组织不规范等深层次问题，在不同程度上阻碍和制约着农村城镇化的快迅健康发展。必须解放思想，更新观念；完善土地流转制度；完善利益分配机制；提高农民素质；加强农村经纪人队伍建设。
