| 摘 要： | 人才培养是学校的根本任务，企业对人才有自己评价的标准，赋予企业对人才培养的发言权，是改革发展学校教育的．必然选择。高校应建立以企业为依托，以会计专业应用型人才培养模式的人才需求为导向，适时调整培养目标，完成教学计划，加快构建新时期会计学专业课程体系及与职业需求相符合的“高素质、宽口径的应用型会计人才”的培养模式。
