外商直接投资对民营企业的技术溢出效应及影响因素——以宁波为例

技术水平落后已成为制约我国经济发展的主要因素之一,而FDI的引入在一定程度上弥补了这个技术缺口.目前很多民营企业都遇到技术发展瓶颈,本文选择民营经济发达的浙江省宁波地区作为研究对象,以扩展的Feder两部门模型为基础,量化了宁波地区的技术外溢效应,检验出基于基础设施建设、经济开放程度、人力资本水平和市场竞争程度等因素对外溢效应的影响,并在实证研究的基础上提出相关政策建议.

On Technology Spillover Effect of FDI on Private Sector

Level of technology behind China’s economic development has become a major constraining factor,and the introduction of FDI to some extent make up for the technology gap.At present,many private enterprises have encountered bottlenecks in the development,largely reflected in the technical requirements.In view of this,the paper chose well-developed private economy in Ningbo for the study.The paper based on extended two-sector model Feder,quantified the spillover effects of Ningbo.Spillover effects will be quantified in Ningbo,our goal is to test out based on infrastructure construction,economic openness,human capital and market competition and other factors affect what the spillover effects.Finally,conclusions drawn on the basis of the study and make relevant policy recommendations.
