| 摘 要： | 后金融危机时期,部分返乡农民工选择了留乡创业,成为新农村建设的新生资源,留乡创业农民工在建设新农村中发挥着重要作用:有利于增加农民收入,调整农业结构,扩大经营规模,增加人力资源,成为新农村经济建设的推进者;有利于逐步转变农民的小农意识与生育观念,提高农民的权利意识,成为新农村文化建设的开拓者;有利于改变基层政权权力结构,加强对权力运行的监督,促进管理的民主化,决策的科学化,为乡镇改革增添新的力量,成为新农村基层民主政治完善的践行者。
