On Training of New Type of Peasants

What is the new type of peasants? What content characteristic of them should have? This is a question to make clear first for training of newtype peasants. Otherwise, training of new type peasants requests corresponding module of rural education system to satisfy its demand. So, rural educationalsystem which consists of rural elementary education, rural vocational education and peasant training should be constructed
