| 摘 要： | 大力发展低碳经济,建设低碳城市是有效遏制全球气候变暖,实现可持续发展的必由之路。本文在分析深圳作为改革开放的前沿城市,率先建设低碳城市基础条件和优势的基础上,提出建设低碳城市的总体思路和深圳建设低碳城市的十大策略。
