基于学分制的高职导师制、学长制研究

摘    要:学分制在满足社会需求与学生个性发展需求方面发挥了积极作用,但在实际运行中也存在着学生选课具有盲目性的缺陷,影响着人才培养质量。导师制、学长制是完善学分制的配套措施。导师制、学长制并行的立体复合型教学管理模式,通过教师和学长对学生的言传身教和个别指导,能够创造人才培养的良好条件和氛围,形成教学互动的良性机制,为学分制的高效实施和人才培养目标的落实提供必要和重要的保障。

Research on Tutorial System and Senior System of Higher Vocational Education Based on the Credit System

Abstract:The credit system has played a positive role in meeting social needs and the needs of developing the students'personality.In practice,however,the students sometimes are blind in selecting the courses,which will influence the talent cultivation.Tutorial system and senior system are the supporting measures of the credit system.A combination of tutorial system and senior system can guarantee the efficient practice of the credit system and the achievement of the aim of cultivation through the teachers' teaching by precept and example and the seniors' personal guidance,creating good conditions and atmosphere of cultivation and bringing a well-organized teaching and learning mechanism.
