我国餐饮企业连锁经营研究

摘    要:我国的餐饮行业发展较快,特别是连锁经营的餐饮企业发展尤为迅速.餐饮连锁企业主要有直营连锁经营和特许连锁经营两种方式.我国餐饮连锁企业应加强配送中心建设、标准化管理体系建设、人才培养体系建设、质量管理体系建设和品牌吸引力建设,从而更好地推动餐饮行业进一步发展.

Research on the Chain Operation of Catering Enterprises in China

Abstract:Beverage enterprises have developed rapidly in China, especially the chain catering enterprises. There are two types of chain eatery: direct chain operation and franchise. Chain eatery in China should strengthen the construction of distribution center, standardized management system, personnel training system, quality manage- ment system construction and the appeal of the brand construction, so as to better promote the further development of catering industry.
