| 摘 要： | 我国的餐饮行业发展较快,特别是连锁经营的餐饮企业发展尤为迅速.餐饮连锁企业主要有直营连锁经营和特许连锁经营两种方式.我国餐饮连锁企业应加强配送中心建设、标准化管理体系建设、人才培养体系建设、质量管理体系建设和品牌吸引力建设,从而更好地推动餐饮行业进一步发展.

| Abstract: | Beverage enterprises have developed rapidly in China, especially the chain catering enterprises. There are two types of chain eatery： direct chain operation and franchise. Chain eatery in China should strengthen the construction of distribution center, standardized management system, personnel training system, quality manage- ment system construction and the appeal of the brand construction, so as to better promote the further development of catering industry. |
