星级饭店现状分析及发展策略

摘    要:对2002-2013年我国星级饭店的数量增长、营业收入、从业人员、房间出租率、市场占有率和盈利模式等进行分析后发现:整个市场竞争较为激烈,营业结构需要调整;整个行业人员学历相对偏低,收入相对偏低,对管理水平的提升有所影响;未来三、四星级饭店是市场的主力;餐饮收入在盈利中比重逐步增加,未来应受到足够的重视.

Present Situation Analysis of Atar-rated Hotels and Development Strategies

Abstract:An analysis on the growing number, operating income, personnel structure, room occupancy rates, market competitiveness and profit model of star-rated hotels in 2002--2013 has found that market competition is intense, business structure needs to be adjusted, relatively low academic qualifications and income of industry personnel have an impact on management level promotion; three or four star hotels will be the main force of the market, the proportion of catering income has increased and it should receive adequate attention in the future.
