组织与管理视阈下的哈佛大学教育国际化分析

摘    要:高等教育国际化是世界高等教育发展的共同趋势。科学、有效的管理将推动高等教育国际化的高质量发展。回顾二战以来哈佛大学应其教育使命不断发展变化的需要,不断创新教育国际化组织和管理结构的发展历程,深入分析不同组织管理机构的功能变迁,以及相互间纵横交错、协调合作的立体化结构特点。在此基础之上,进一步分析哈佛大学教育国际化对我国高等教育国际化的启示,从思想认识、管理创新和功能效应三个方面进行思考。

Analysis of Education Internationalization of Harvard University from a Perspective of Organization and Management

Abstract:Internationalization is the world's common trend in higher education. Scientific and effective management will promote the high-quality development of internationalization of higher education. The article reviewed the development process that Harvard University has innovated its structure of international education organization and management for the evolving needs of university's educational mission since the World War II,deeply analyzed the changes of the function of different organizational management institutions,and the criss-cross and coordinated characteristics of three-dimensional structure. Based on this,the article further analyzed inspiration of Harvard University's educational internationalization for china,and conducted thinkings from the aspects of the ideological understanding,management innovation,functions and effects.
