| 摘 要： | 学习内驱力作为直接推动学员主动学习的非智力因素,对学员尤其是基础比较薄弱的战士学员的英语学习起着不容忽视的积极作用。依据学习动机的相关理论,对军校战士学员英语学习内驱力方面存在的问题进行深入分析,并探讨培养和激发学员英语学习内驱力的有效措施。

| Abstract: | Intrinsic motivation has always been playing a positive and determining role in English learning,especially for soldier cadets in military academies whose English proficiency are quite low.Based on motivation theory,this paper analyzes the factors leading to the lack of intrinsic motivation among soldier cadets and puts some suggestions motivating them in the course of English study.This research can be helpful in improving the teaching efficiency and cultivating military elite talents. |
