高职院校校园文化与企业文化的耦合机制探讨

高等职业教育是一种就业预备期教育，其教学的重点是培养学生的实践技能。我国高职教育发展的方向是校企合作、产学结合，而高职校园文化与企业文化的耦合则是校企深层次合作的体现。高职院校要想真正实现“技能型”人才的培养目标，实现高职学生就业的“零距离”、“无间隙”，就必须重视校园文化与企业文化的耦合。
