制度嵌入与民营企业环保担当

绿色发展"是新时代"五大发展理念"之一,而企业主体的环保担当是贯彻落实绿色发展理念的重要基础。在同一制度背景下,中国企业呈现出高度异质化的环保担当,其内在原因是企业的制度嵌入存在差异。在当前阶段,影响民营企业环保担当的制度嵌入主要包括政治嵌入、国际市场嵌入和行业协会嵌入。结合统计年鉴和全国私营企业调查数据的实证检验结果表明：民营企业的政治嵌入、国际市场嵌入和行业协会嵌入程度与环保担当显著正相关;政治和市场嵌入不能相互替代,两者存在显著的协同关系。文章揭示了环保制度与企业的环保担当之间的微观作用机理,对制定贯彻落实绿色发展理念、提升民营企业环保绩效的政策具有参考价值。

Institutional Embeddedness and Environmental Protection of Chinese Private Enterprises

Green Development is one of the "Five Development Ideas" in the new era, and the environmental protection of corporate entities is an important basis for implementing the concept of green development. Under the same institutional background, Chinese enterprises have held highly-heterogenized responsibility of environmental protection, and the internal reason is that there are differences in the institutional embedding of companies. At the present stage, the institutional embedding that affects the environmental protection of private enterprises mainly includes political embedding, the embeddedness of international market and the embeddedness of trade association. The empirical results of the statistical yearbook and national private enterprises' survey data show that: the degree of the political embedding, international market embedding and trade association embedding of private enterprises is significantly positively related to environmental protection; the political and marketable embedding cannot be replaced by each other, and there is a significant synergistic relationship between them.The paper reveals the microcosmic mechanism between the environmental protection system and the environmental responsibility of the enterprise, and has a reference value for formulating policies of implementing the green development concept and improving the environmental performance of private enterprises.
