| 摘 要： | 中国的城乡发展伴随着城市化滞后于工业化、城市内部形成“二元社会”分割以及城乡差距不断扩大这些特有的现象。户籍制度是导致上述现象的根源，反映出城乡政策制订中城市倾向的特征。这种扭曲的城市化过程所导致的不良后果日益积累，也使得从城乡分割到城乡融合的制度变迁成为可能。理解中国的城乡发展，需要在传统的二元经济模型基础之上，增加城乡分割形成与演变的政治经济学的视角。
