从物理性稀缺和经济性稀缺两方面对中国能源稀缺性程度(包括煤炭、石油和天然气)的分析表明,中国三大能源之中煤炭价格相对较低,原油价格基本与世界持平,而天然气价格相对较高。鉴于中国现阶段主要是以煤炭消费为主的能源格局,提高煤炭价格肯定会影响经济增长和人民生活水平,应该根据各地的煤炭稀缺性程度来调整。

Energy Scarcity and Grasping Key Elements:Due to the International Comparison

This paper analyzes the energy scarcity(including coal,oil and natural gas) in China from physical scarcity and economic scarcity.The result shows that: coal price is relatively low,while there is not much difference of oil price between China and the world,at the same time,the natural gas price is relatively high.In light of China's main energy structure is dominated by coal consumption,thus increasing coal prices will certainly affect economic growth and people's living standards,so we should adjust price...
