中国非营利组织的评估指标体系

对非营利组织评估问题的关注始于20世纪90年代初期。在国内外非营利组织的评估理论、具体经验的基础上,结合中国非营利组织的现状,提出非营利组织评估指标体系,其中分别涉及非营利组织评估框架、评估标准、评估指标设计、评估指标重要性系数等内容,所设置的非营利组织评估指标分为非营利组织基本状况、组织治理、公共责任、资金使用、信息披露、筹资活动等六个方面。

Appraisal Index System for Chinese Non-profit Organizations

People have paid attention to the issue of non-profit organization appraisal since the early period of 1990s. Based on some relevant appraisal theories and experiences of non-profit organization of oversea and China and status quo of Chinese non-profit organizations, we propose appraisal index system for Chinese non-profit organizations, which involves appraisal framework, appraisal standards, appraisal index design, importance coefficients of appraisal index of non-profit organizations. The appraisal index system includes six dimensions: basic status, organization governance, public responsibility, fund using, information disclosure and financing activities of non-profit organizations.
