| 摘 要： | 错位发展是我国地区产业发展的必然趋势。产业错位主要有基础性与延伸性两类。基础性层次主要包括产业梯度转移型、产业配套型、特色产品型三种类型。延伸性包括互补型产业错位等。地方政府应根据产业错位发展的不同层次,有效参与引导产业错位发展,特别需要建立产业错位发展的地区合作机制、利益补偿机制等。

| Abstract: | Industrial dislocation development among underdeveloped regions and developed regions is inevitable phasing tendency in current china.There are two levels of industrial dislocation: fundamental and extensional industrial dislocation.The former includes industrial gradient dislocation;industrial complement dislocation;distinguishing feature products of industrial dislocation,the latter includes relatively complemented industrial dislocation.Local governments should pay attention to different types and effectively participate and guide industrial dislocation according to the gradation,and establishing cooperation and compensation mechanism among near districts,etc. |
