中国农村金融生态环境现状分析

文章确定了影响农村金融生态环境的指标体系，包括经济基础、金融发展水平、法制环境、诚信文化以及农村社会保障体系等五个方面。并采用运筹学的重要分析方法——包络分析法（DEA）计算了中国各个省份农村金融生态环境，确定了各省农村金融生态环境排名。文章所确定的指标体系和计算方法为评价农村金融生态系统的优劣提供了参考指标，为对策研究提供了量化基础。

Analysis on the Status quo of China Rural Financial Eco-Environment

This paper makes a research on evaluation index system of rural financial ecological environment. Five factors are included in this index system, such as economic foundation, extent of financial development, legal system environment, honesty culture and rural social insurance system. We use DEA to evaluate the financial ecological environment of villages of China provinces, which is also an important analytic method in operational research to make a rank of rural financial ecological environment of each province. The index system and calculate method of this thesis provide a considering guideline to estimate good and bad factors of rural financial ecological system, and a qualification basis of countermeasure is also provided.
