金融危机背景下我国农村劳动力转移回流问题研究

目前，席卷全球的金融风暴，对我国经济影响巨大，特别是一些劳动密集型中小企业和外向型企业，几乎受到致命性打击。而这些企业是吸纳我国农村剩余劳动力的主力军和农村劳动力转移的主阵地。因此，我国农村劳动力转移遭遇空前困难，出现转移的农村劳动力失业和回流现象，直接影响到我国现代农业可持续发展的实现和城市化的进程，采取有力措施解决我国农村劳动力转移中的回流问题成为当务之急。

Research on Coming back of the China's Rural Labor after Transferring under Financial Crisis Background

The current financial turmoil sweeping through the world, there is a tremendous impact on China's economy, especially some small and medium-sized labor-intensive and export-oriented enterprises, almost is fatal blowing.These enterprises are the main places to absorb rural surplus labor force of China's and transfer rural labor force. Therefore, China's rural labor transferring encountered unprecedented difficulties, the transferring of rural labor force emerged unemployment and returning. There is a direct impaet on China's modern agriculture for sustainable developping and urbanizating process. It is important to adopt effective measures to resolve the problm about China's rural labor force transferring back.
