| 摘 要： | 文章以宝鸡市金台区蟠龙镇为例，以村居民点为评价单元，依据土地集约利用指标选取的原则，科学、合理选取评价指标，采用层次分析法与特尔斐法确定评价指标权重，建立评价指标体系，利用总分值一极限修正模型计算评价单元综合集约度分值，进行农村居民点土地集约利用评价研究，并就评价结果，提出农村居民点集约利用建议。

| Abstract: | Taken the Panlong town in Jintai District of Baoji City for example, This paper aims at appraising intensive land use of it＇s country residential areas： first , establish indictors system of intensive land use for country residential areas, then use AHP and Delphi methods to make weights of indictors , calculate integrated intensity scores by synthetical value-limit adjustive model （SV-LAM）, and analysis the evaluation results , finally, give some advise of intensive land use. |
