随着我国经济的高速增长,资源和环境的压力日益加剧。发展循环经济,建设节约型社会是突破我国目前在经济发展中所遇到的资源、环境瓶颈,实现经济社会可持续发展的必由之路。本文从理论上论述了建设节约型社会的意义、循环经济与节约型社会的关系,发展循环经济是建设节约型社会的重要途径。

Economy Circulating: An Inevitable Choice to Build Economical-typed Society

With the high speed increasing of our country economy the pinch of resources and environment becomes more and more aggravating. Developing cyclic economy to build an economical type society is the necessary way to realize sustainable development of economy and society breaching the bottleneck of resources and environment which our country is facing. This paper discussed the significance to build an economical type society and the relations of cyclic economy and economical type society. To develop cyclic economy is the important avenue to build an economical type society.
