| Abstract: | Combined with the practical of our current civil service training , this article explains the meaning of high efficiency training system for civil servants, elaborate the significance of constructing high effieieney training system of Chinese civil servants and build process must take account of the six dimensions, discusses the system model framework and raises some countermeasures. |
