我国农村养老保险制度的模式选择与构建路径

通过对国外农村养老保险制度的考察，揭示我国必须高度重视立法，通过制定专门的《农村社会养老保险法》来建立我国的农村养老保险制度。在社会保险型、福利型、强制储蓄型三种农村养老保险模式中，社会保险型是我国农村养老保险制度的理想选择。完善农村养老保险相关立法，分层分类地推进农村社会养老保险制度的建设是构建我国农村养老保险制度的路径选择。
